only eight days until the faculty at the largest university in the U.S....
...begins a historic first time, system wide strike. Faculty, librarians, counselors, and coaches at the California State University, represented by the California Faculty Association, are preparing for a walkout on all 23 campuses beginning April 13. Shit is about to get real.

I was administrative staff until I retired a couple of years ago.

1% raise coupled with 10% boost in our healthcare costs. Not the respected profession it used to be.
