They wanted a "postcard size" income tax return

But they still have to cram all the lines of income and credit.

So instead of having, say, 30 lines on a letter size page, there are now 12a, 12b, etc. And the font size is about 5, I think. I really need to use a magnifying glass to read it.

And I need one schedule - Schedule 1, to report state refund. And another schedule - Schedule 3, to report estimated payments. Both were happily residing on the main 1040 form.

Yes, TurboTax will handle it, I hope, but I need to understand their numbers.

1. Specifically designed

to cause you to make errors so that you can be charged with crimes and all your world confiscated so you can be added to the ranks of serfs, cuz you know you can never have enough serfs.

Being silly but... I think it's to help you make more mistakes because there isn't enough bullying going on regarding taxes these days.

2. I think it was part of Texas' Brady plan to stick it to blue states with income tax

Therefor the state refund, which I think many get, has to be entered on a separate schedule.
