I am ready to start with tax preparation, got all my 1099s

The question is whether the IRS processing machine is working, with the Rs wanting to take back the funds and with the treasury is careful on how it spends money now.

The filing season officially opens on Monday. You can E-File starting that day if you're ready.

me on the address side of the form and when I unfolded it I discovered it has another person's tax information.
