I received a mailer from "studentsFirst"

As most of you know, my partner is a tenured teacher and AFT member. "StudentsFirst", started by Michelle Rhee, seems to be VERY anti-union.Is it just MY interpretation? How the heck did I get on her mailing list?

I hope I never get mail from her, I might pop a blood vessel. Check out this link for anything you might need to know about Michelle Rhee: http://www.rheefirst.com/

She probably stole your name from another mailing list you belong to. Rhee is a snake.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?

This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.

As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.

Tell me more...
