Washington Supreme Court: Charter Schools are Unconstitutional.

That doesn't look like a Happy Face, Arne. Or Bill (Gates), Barack, Andrew (Cuomo) Scott (Walker) or other conspicuous political beneficiaries of charters' large$$e. ( Sec. Clinton: chime in on this topic any time you're ready. Feel free.)

C'mon, kids: SMILE!!

Alas. It's the Washington STATE Supreme Court. Not the Gang of 5 in DC.

OTOH... I hear the Washington STATE justices actually went to law school.

Interesting how there was NO mention of this decision in corporate media. "If a tree falls in the forest...."

>>>After nearly a year of deliberation, the state Supreme Court ruled 6-3 late Friday afternoon that charter schools are unconstitutional, creating chaos for hundreds of families whose children have already started classes.

The ruling — believed to be one of the first of its kind in the country — overturns the law voters narrowly approved in 2012 allowing publicly funded, but privately operated, schools. >>>>> http://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news/education/state-supreme-court-charter-schools-are-unconstitutional/
