Powell Now Under 50% Of Capacity; Recent Daily Inflows Ranging From 1/3 To 1/12th Daily Outflows

This has been like watching a slow-motion car crash, and barring some extraordinary flash flood somewhere in the basin, the reservoir isn't likely to rise anytime before April or May of 2019.

Upstream, Navajo is also in freefall. It's in overall better shape, at about 67% of capacity, but then, it's also about 1/15th the capacity of Powell.
