September 2019 Atmospheric CO2 Content - 408.54 ppm; September 2018 - 405.51 September 2017 - 403.37
Since October is the annual low for carbon content, we will never see 405 ppm again.
By 2021, it is extremely unlikely that we will ever see 410 ppm again.
