the desire and will to do it. Unfortunately, we have far too many people happy with their “I got mine, nobody’s gonna upset it” head in the sand attitude.

Don't think levying a $25k tax on a $50k vehicle would go over well with either customers or the UAW, but I'm sure it would stimulate electric vehicle sales just like in Norway.
