My son lives in central CA and he said they just finally put in serious lawn watering restrictions. I guess they wanted to wait to make sure the reservoirs were 90% dry. We just moved to PA from Seattle and are amazed by green lawns with no irrigation and driving by lakes and reservoirs that are all full.
