Heavy equipment is of limited use - getting the tires FULL of packed dirt mostly involves sweat!

I wonder if the asphalt used is modified in some way? Would certainly be great it it works out. I remember when I was young there was a place with a huge pile of old tires and it had been burning for years. They gave up trying to put out. And if you ever smelled a tire fire you know how toxic they are.
