To Dems to go into these counties and hold town halls explaining that Trump and the other Republicans are the ones responsible for this. They need to be encouraged to switch their voter registration from Republican to Democrat, and vote reliably blue in order to restore FEMA and help them get the money they need for repairs. Ads need to rerun clips of Trump saying he's going to eliminate FEMA. Show Democrats promising to restore and shore up FEMA if elected and Republicans ousted. Emphasize that Republican politicians are only there to help the ultra-wealthy, and that they despise working and middle class people.
