And in many states that is still a Bicycle.

You may want to read my report on Leed E-bike Electric Kit. It is a good kit once you understand and accept its limitations (including the fact a 250 watt electric engine is good only on flat roads).

If you read my report, posted on the Bicycle forum of DU. you will read my comments on the LEED E-bike kit. A good Kit but weak. You have to pedal with it except on flat terrain.

ZEV appears to be a company committed to Two Wheel Electric transportation, not only what people would call Electric Bicycles, but also larger more powerful electric motorcycles.
