Buying the Beach

Has anyone seen this Destination channel show? No one asks about global warming and whether their Very expensive property will be literally under water in 20 years.

Not to be smug, because what I did is miles away from what they're doing, which is to me is deceptive.

Nobody can own the beach in California and thanks, and I do mean thanks, to water shortages, development is limited.

My new place is not on the beach but has a full ocean view above the tsunami line. I'm fine with having a five minute walk for safety.

It's smaller than most studio apartments at about 450 sf.

Buying the beach, buying the bayou, all these shows are crap and I won't watch them.
