Lights Out - a cyber reality. Ted Koppel's book on an unprepared U.S.

Charlie Rose interviews Ted Koppel about his new book, Lights Out. Ted says there
is NO PLAN in place for major and inevitable cyber attacks. Another excellent reason for the government to endorse independent and diversified rather than centralized sustainable power such as solar, wind, etc.
