6. You may want to consider in your voting post.....

having a specific deadline ..say 2-3 days, dunno...until votes are tallied, giving people a chance to know about the voting, etc.
Just a thought.
You can edit a post anytime on DU3.

7. Also, if you check some earlier posts in this group

as I just did, you can find that one or 2 others wanted to host, early on, such as Starboard Tack.
And, a couple of posts have a LOT of replies, maybe those people should be given a PM to let them know voting is taking place?
Kinda close to Christmas, and all that, but still....

As soon as Uppityperson posts the actual Vote Thread I think we should PM members that there will be a vote regarding Hosts, that will close on whatever date Uppity choses. This might need some coordination so we're not PMing the same people over & over.

You could pm those on the voting thread and divvy up the names of the rest of the group for a heads up re: the voting,I suppose.?
