1. Yes, I have used DIY occasionally for help

so I didn't have to call a professional. Those people over there are incredible....they have helped me so much.

I have been subscribed to Household Hints since DU3 started. Unfortunately, there is not much activity there (sound familiar?) but there is a lot of good stuff there.
