Water bill went from $134.00 to $41

The toilet was running. For some reason, our elec bill dropped to $91. Happy.

1. Learning to repair/replace the flush valve in toilets, like changing a tire is an incredibly valuable skill.

Both have saved me a lot of time, $$$ and headaches.

2. i figured a teen-ager moved on.

i used to be a very clean person…now, not as much.

4. We have the best well water in the world.

Live on an old sand dune and all my water is filtered thru 150 feet of sand. Water, tea and coffee is all I drink.
