Feeling kind of low. Decided to eat a nutburger.

Have you had these things? They don't move very fast at the grocery store-- probably because of the 'hippie food' feel to them. That's probably why they go on sale fairly often.

Pretty good. I pan-fried in a skillet and topped with a little tomato, lettuce, cucumber & tahini dressing. No bun. Still feeling a little down, but at least I had a yummy lunch and my tummy feels good.

Starting week 3 of working from home. I've left my house twice? Three times. I'm not sick but my office has had multiple exposures and several presumptive positives over all three weeks.

The novelty has worn off.

1. I've never had them but I've been making some good bean soups and homemade hummus.

Been saving the veggie scraps in the freezer and making stock when it's full. Cooking helps with my anxiety. I'm trying to enjoy the slower pace. I'm still working (from home) but my hours are about to be deeply cut.

Do you live alone? So far I'm doing ok, but I have a husband and a house full of cats so it isn't complete isolation. I find the most important thing is to make sure I don't spend too much time online; that I cook, clean, walk outside, make art. There are so few times when we are able to slow down and have enough time. I want to make the most of this, even though I'm so worried for my household's health and finances, and for so many others'.

I've got bread ready to go in the oven. And I should remember to put some chick peas in to soak for roasting tomorrow.

I don't live alone-- I'm married but my husband is still working out in the world. Our dog goes to work with him every day (lucky girl!) but I do worry about him working with the public. I work obsessively if I don't actively find other things to do. I should spend less time online; so much of what I read is sad.

I live in north Seattle so I've been sort of on the front end of the story. My family is on the east coast and they were sort of discounting the situation until last week. I had to literally forbid my 77-year-old mom from hugging her friends-- she's in Florida.

I am very, very lucky. I don't know when this working from home thing will be over, but until it does, I have plenty of work to do.

I recently had an order from a large grocery chain store.....only got half of what I ordered....got every damn item that was labeled VEGAN! Of course everything’s ordered was vegan, but didn’t get most of the canned goods...but boy no issue with gardein products, vegenaise etc.

I'm sure they taste great, but I'll stick with the Boca All American veggie burgers (4 grams per).

Boiled some potatoes and carrot in course chunks, add cooked beans, then mash together. Add some corn meal to bind and bake.
