Sheep are subjected to horrific treatment and procedures to produce trivial fashion items.
Once they have grown enough wool, sheep are sheared with large blades or electric clippers.
The terrified animals are often roughly handled during this process to maximize speed and profits, which can lead to cuts, injuries, and even broken bones.
There is no need to wear wool from sheep.
