I was hoping it was false since Russia lies like a running faucet. it showed a picture of one and I'm saying to myself, how come this was not reported during it's construction(s).

There are reports of some rail construction further north, but that seems to be east of an existing line which is now within artillery and rocket range of the Ukrainian military.

I suspect a similar situation is developing along the coast. Ukraine will soon effectively "close" the southern supply route to Russian troops in the Kherson region
