President Putin has issued ANOTHER DECREE this time authorizing Russia to take CONTROL of the 2nd Largest Airport in Russia which is located in his home city of St Petersburg. This airport was developed using a Public Private Partnership put together with a German Airport Operator that has now lost its entire investment. I don't think that's a rational idea at the moment, but I must say Putin is returning to his roots.

This will deter future foreign investments in Russian projects for a very long time to come.
