Following Russia's invasion of Ukraine $375 Billion of Russian Cash reserves were FROZEN by Banks & Institutions in the West. For the past 2 years those Assets have remained frozen however it was recently agreed that the INTEREST that the cash is generating can be used to support Ukraine. The G7 are now considering a proposal to issue a REPARATION BOND that will use the RUSSIA's FROZEN ASSETS as security to Fund the defence of Ukraine. This concept is contrary to existing law and in this video I discuss the latest proposals, provide details of which countries are holding the assets and discuss the most likely outcome for these assets.
