How can the West cripple the Russian Economy? - Eastern Express - TVP WORLD

Over the weekend, Russia unleashed its largest aerial attack on Ukraine since the start of the war, killing civilians and striking Kyiv’s government buildings. With peace talks stalled and both sides refusing to compromise, attention is again shifting from diplomacy to economic pressure. The question Eastern Express asks now is what tougher measures can the West take to force Moscow to change course? To discuss this topic, TVP World is joined by Antonios Tzanakopoulos, a Professor of Public International Law at the University of Oxford.
