(45,319 posts)draw of the year, 90 shows, 90 sell outs, over 200 million in gross. Like them or not, they are enormously popular on the road. A Bon Jovi tour is #15 in the 25 top grossing concert tours of all time. It's not hyperbole. It's showbiz.
When I see baseless criticism, I figure it stems from an ulterior agenda of some sort.

(6,171 posts)The new commandment hasnt gained traction yet, apparently. Bon Jovi isnt Elton john, and Israel 2015 isnt Sun City 1985. Apartheid in Israel hasnt kicked in yet, so if they want to play in Israel, let them play. I personally think the new government is a little bit too disgusting, and too close to implementing the one-state apartheid solution.
