Is it possible that ever growing Israeli settlements in the West Bank and Netanyahu statements that there will be no withdrawals and no concessions to the Palestinians might be the cause of death?

Would that alternative view of the cause of death be the one supported by virtually everyone on Earth other than a very small number of people?
