Here's the thing, ignore if you wish: The Judge acknowledged that the PA incites terror through the media, but she ruled that this incitement couldn't be proven for this particular case. That doesn't mean Itamar Marcus lacks credibility.

I've said before that Maan is a reputable and credible source that's not RW. I'm aware that it gets some folk frothing at the mouth because it's Palestinian, but that says far more about them than it does about Maan.
We've talked about yr love of PMW and Itamar Marcus (the guy who's an Islamophobe) before. You had absolutely no problem at all with him and will defend him to the hilt, so what makes you think I'd be the slightest bit interested in putting up with yr love-fest again?

One of those writers was Dave Zirin of The Nation.
Even though he, and The Nation, were repeatedly contacted about the overwhelming proof that their reporting was completely wrong, there was never any response.
Three days before I published Bob's expose, Zirin published a much longer piece trying to make his earlier lies look like a consistent, long standing policy of Israel against Palestinian Arab football, using older examples.
