Apparently the courts have decided that the new Settlement is legal.

Of the humorless folk who bemoan any of our success anywhere.
Perhaps we have to give the empty lot back to the auto dealer who used to operate there. Or was it a restaurateur? Or a parking lot operator. This is all lost in the dim mists of time.
