Photographs capture Israeli missiles a split second before they reduce Gaza buildings to Rubble

Gazing skywards with their hands over their ears, these astonishing pictures capture the moment terrified Palestinians watch Israeli missiles falling from the sky before smashing into an apartment block.
As young men and children congregate in the street, Israeli drones target the building with three strikes, sending thick plumes of smoke billowing into the air just a few metres away.
An F-16 fighter jet then roars overhead to drop the final, knock-out missile, obliterating the building with an almighty boom that rocks the district.
The images, which captured the missiles from different points in the street, were taken earlier this week in Gaza City which has been under constant bombardment since the conflict began three weeks ago.

Those are almot certainly GBU-12 500lb laser-guided bombs.

It doesn't appear that these photo were taken together. It's two distinct events (likely not even on the same day).

Just pointing out that the author doesn't know what he's talking about... and appears to be making thing up about the circumstances.

"Why?" should be the next question.

Same people, same cars, same cart.

Second one, different times, hard to tell how much time elapsed.

One could also be cynical and say the bombs (in the pre- photos) were photoshopped. Whatever.

Those missiles look plain evil, bringers of death without discrimination of target.

They are not "without discrimination". Why pay money to put a paveway II onto a Mk-82 if you're just going to drop it without caring where it hits?

... but yeah, they'll almost always hit what the laser designator is pointed at.

The Israelis called in advance and people got out of the building. They (again, according to this report), they hit it with one or two smaller bombs to warn locals - and then took it out with larger ordinance.

Maybe move a few kids' bodies from the morgue or reroute a wedding party down that street.

Darn those israelis for not giving them enough notice!
