i am speculating that when the shooter on the subway comes to trial..whenever that is..

if he is NOT killed when they capture him...(which could happen) he will say that he did not mean
to KILL ANYONE.....BUT TO .."INJURE" A LOT OF PEOPLE.

It is total speculation about what will be said at the trial but,
I have watched a whole lot of shooting like this, (and so have many others)
.............and if they want to kill...they kill.............this fellow did ...NOT WANT TO KILL.....

2. A small point

But the cliche is actually “the proof of the pudding is in the eating.” It’s supposed to mean that the pudding may look good but if it tastes terrible, it’s not good. So it applies to a situation where appearances may be deceiving.
