But there is a ray of sunshine in there.... It wasn't one person without aid... There were people willing to stand up for what was right... the friends and also the police who have labeled this a hate crime investigation! Kudos to all of them, it's because of you all that we're living in a safer world for LGBTers!

6. A year in a maximum security state prison with daily anger management

classes would make these bullies think way more than twice about hurting someone after they are released back into the community.

I'm not a fan of the prison system, but that's how we deal with criminals at this time, and it's time for the courts to get serious and start sending a message.

It's not acceptable to harm innocent LGBT persons, and if you do so, you are going go to prison for a long time.

Because, so far, the bullies don't seem to be getting the message.

Get them off the street where their violent nasty little selves can't hurt innocent people anymore.
