INS approves green card petition for binational married gay couple!

First time in history, only a few days after DOMA Section 3 is invalidated. This is great news. I applaud the Obama Administration for moving so rapidly in implementing the Supreme Court decision.

They are a Florida couple where same sex marriages are banned! But because they were married in a place where it was legal the Federal Government recognized it. This should answer some questions people have been asking.

Good for the Obama Administration for taking such bold, early steps in implementing the DOMA decision! *Note for those who think I'm an "Obama hater. I CAN do something other than criticize Obama. I can even praise him when I think he deserves it.*
