Like cell phones with cameras, and when and how to use them.

For all the fear & trembling some have over carrying guns, perhaps something as non-violent as a camera maybe the thing that really shoots Liberty Valence.

I mean, in the year if our lord 2013, there are no pics of Bud-breath street thugs? Just holding up smart phones should be the equivalent of racking a Remington.

How 'bout some protocols, folks?
