"Ask Amy" gives an incredible response that certainly made me laugh. Hey, we may have people who believe crappy things like this parent, but we also have awesome people like Amy who offer sarcasm mixed with important real talk to highlight the ridiculousness of their homophobic views.

when I read that.
That could be used in a class as a way of getting students to understand "empathy." I love the way she turned the table on the advice-seeker.
