In fact, it could backfire on their "cause" imo.

THIS IS THE OLYMPICS, and most of the World will be watching, and much of it will be participating.

Most of the World is NOT gay, so disturbing the masses that want to enjoy the Olympics with the gay agenda is just gonna piss many off -

I do not agree with Russia's stance on gays, but when in Rome . . . . ?

I have friends and relatives that are gay - just regular people to me, and NONE of them preach to me, nor I to them.

If the "concerned" want to change Russia's laws, then move there and do it from within.

Please don't make this gay thing a distraction to the sportsmanship and talent that will be displayed by people, some of them trained and hoped most of their lives just to participate in the Olympics.

I have NO objections to most people's beliefs, habits, race, color etc.,

But don't ram it in my face.
