She's an awful human being politically, but letting dollars flow right out of the state because of idiots, she isn't that dumb. She didn't flush Medicaid money down the toilet, which while I can't stand her, makes her a better person than many governors in Red States, my own included.

She could probably care less about any of this, heck, she's old enough to retire.

Just learned that her last bit of formal education was becoming an x-ray technician, and she had the nerve to shake her finger at a Nobel Prize winner Harvard Law School scholar.

That woman has a lot chutzpah, and few brains, but she understands money. I have to hand it to her for that.
