Or SEEMS to be improving. At least legislatively. At least in USA ( many parts of) and in much of the "western world."

We did those projects in 2011 and 2010 ( scroll further down) because that was the seeming HEIGHT of , you know, lgbt kids jumping out of windows and off bridges.

Alas... I think that's where we still need to focus. School is still hell for lgbt kids.

It's nice that they have right to get married in some states if they so desire. But first they have to live long enough to meet the age requirements.
