Yet no Republican members of Congress or Presidential candidate have come out in support of the Equality Act so far. Any question as to which party that LGBTQ people should be voting for? The next time you run into a Log Cabin Republican, make them remember who had our backs when it counted!

(1,489 posts)It'll probably die in the GOP-controlled Congress. It's a shame. Perhaps we can get corporate America to goad the GOP into passing it; I think money will be only way to get some Congress people on board.

(6,309 posts)I still can't believe that the Employment Non-Discrimination Act can't pass. It seems like such a no-brainer. If ENDA can't pass, I don't think the Equality Act stands a chance.

Yes that includes straights accused of being gay.
