I am heartbroken and I am so fucking pissed!
I am so sad for all those who lost their lives; for all those family members and friends who learned their loved ones are dead; for all those family and friends who still don't know if their loved one is alive or dead. I am sad for all the GLBT people who don't feel safe and are afraid. I am sad so many of us feel helpless.
I am so fucking pissed some people have decided to tell us how we should mourn. I am fucking pissed some feel it necessary to be "concerned" about "possible situations", but not what actually just happened to us! I am fucking pissed some are wagging their tongues about this group and that group, and barely cut their eyes our way. I am fucking pissed by those who are playing Devil's Advocate with every bit of news that comes out. I am pissed at those who blame everyone/thing from the birth of Israel to the NRA and fail to blame the actual asshole who did it! I am fucking pissed, not to mention sick and tired, of those who, without a lick of proof, speculate the murder was really a self-loathing gay man. I am fucking pissed that politicians are glossing over this attack on the GLBT community (notable exception, President Barack Obama).
I am so sad and fucking pissed for all of those of us who are frustrated, hurt, sad, angry, and confused, and get lectured by those who aren't members of our community.

All that those people wanted was to have a good time. To have a little fun. They did nothing wrong and they hurt nobody, and they had to die because of one mans demented hate.
It's not right.
And rather than mourn the people who died, some people just want to push their pet positions. To use these deaths as part of an agenda. Like they were nothing but pawns with no hopes or dreams or aspirations. And they were all so young. Just starting their lives too.
How can they treat those people like that?
My thoughts go out to all who are grieving, hurting, and who are fighting for their lives tonight because that one evil man's hatred.

This is heart breaking. I put a diatribe on an "unfriended" person's FB yesterday that started with, "they were just having a good time".
They were targeted for "what" they are. Shame on anyone who dismisses that. A Man - born and raised in America just murdered more than 50 people and wounded at least another 50 because of what they are.
Im not going to go along to get along on this or stay with some Muslim Terrorist Message. An American just committed a massive hate crime against other Americans.
