Joseph Backholm—the leader of the I-1515 campaign to repeal our state’s transgender protections—has been caught on tape actively instructing male signature gatherers to follow women into public bathrooms with the express intent of harassing them and intimidating them into signing the petition in support of I-1515.

This is plainly illegal under Washington State laws. Backholm is literally inciting others to commit crimes and putting voters in danger—just to advance anti-transgender discrimination.
