3. Doesn't look like it - it says all major cities, which is relative since it seems there weren't many

I just found out about it today, and the report from someone at the LA location was underwhelming. Maybe we don't have access to the promotion channels that other groups do, or maybe this just wasn't planned far enough in advance...
