Gay male sexual/emotional/affections (tend) to express towards other men.
Trans people can and do express sexual/emotional/affection to either gender types.

This is a very simple description, I am not of either category, so I cannot explain finer details. Gender fluidity is complex and humans are amazingly complicated.
