15 (2)?A governmental entity may not issue a permit or

18 (3)?If a violation of s. 827.11 occurs for a lawfully
19 issued permit or other authorization, the individual who was
20 issued the permit or other authorization commits a misdemeanor
21 of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s.
