it's a list of legislation passed targeting abortion/reproductive rights when it might be more accurately called legislation passed concerning abortion/reproductive rights.

yes, there some heinous shit on that list -- waiting periods, counselling sessions, funding restrictions, right for providers/hospitals to refuse to perform abortions, etc -- but there are also very positive things on that list.

CO/KY: Funds substance abuse treatment for pregnant women

NJ/VA: Requires education on dating violence and abusive relationships

IN/OR: Requires education on sexual abuse or teen dating violence

MS: Explicitly protects the identity of a parent surrendering a child
