When you pass out drunk anywhere. I think being a feminist includes being aware of the effects of sex, drugs and alcohol and how to wisely partake. If we want to party with the big boys you need to be confident in holding your own and have your girlfriends for back up.

Number one never take an intoxicated individual to the bedroom even if they are your fiancee and you even have a signed contract. Also block any obviously intoxicated individual at the door and force them to leave if they become intoxicated.

I also like the recommendation of an 18 drinking age. The title itself is awful, but read through the advice.

Our message has been to men: "don't rape".
Our message to women has been "you are never responsible" and it seems to be taken to mean that you can get drunk and pass out and everyone one else must respect your boundaries and judgement. Anything less is slut shaming. And as we know there are no sluts in Feminism.
These dumb ass guys are trying to take responsibility for another person's behavior because Alcoholism calls for codependency. The women can't be held responsible.

Its all the responsibility of the Frat. The women are the victims. It is self preservation. They need to make new rules about how to treat drunk girls. I see it as trying to create a new norm against rape through male responsibility.
I see it as trying to keep campuses safe and fun. Moderation is mature.

The main host can review the tapes when she sees the thread.

Thank you.

Everyone else should review the SOP of this group. Putting the onus on women for being raped is not a feminist response.

Drunk women, especially underage ones, should not be there - nothing good can come of it. They should be walked or driven home as soon as it is apparent that they're inebriated.

Here are the things that worry me most. Any of them could result in organizational extinction, even if the fraternity never served the “victim” a single drop of alcohol:

Alcohol poisoning due to overconsumption before, during, or after an event. Death or grievous injury as a result of falling down the stairs or off a balcony. Death or grievous injury as a result of a pedestrian or traffic accident as the young lady weaves her way home. False accusation of rape months after the fact triggered by regrets over a drunken hook-up, or anger over a failed relationship. And false 911 calls accusing our members of gang rape during a party in progress. (Yes, this happened, resulting in seven police cars and thirty officers storming the chapter house.)
