Female contestants on History Channel's "Alone"

I'm not sure if this is the ideal group for me to post this, but I just wanted to share that two out of the final four contestants of the TV show "Alone" are women!

It started with 10 contestants, and only three of them were women!

Until last night, when Callie quit, all three of the women still remained out of the five left!

Here's the original contestants:

Each of them are alone in Patagonia and film themselves while trying to survive in the wilderness with limited gear. The production team briefly visits them periodically to provide fresh batteries and do a quick health check. They each have a satellite phone which can be used to request rescue (quit). This is a wilderness survivor show that does NOT look scripted or fake.

The remaining contestants have been out there for 76 days so far.

Final four: Carleigh Fairchild, Zachary Fowler, Megan Hanacek, Dave Nessia.

The last person remaining wins $500,000.

Remaining three: Carleigh Fairchild, Zachary Fowler, Megan Hanace.

Dave kept preserving food without eating it! He still had a bunch of dried/smoked fish that he believed could feed him for about two months.

The medical team removed him from the competition because he'd lost too much weight and his blood pressure was low.
