Top 10 Healthiest New Year's Resolutions

http://www.health.com/health/gallery/0,,20452233_1,00.html

New Year, healthier you
by Alyssa SparacinoNew Year’s resolutions are a bit like babies: They’re fun to make but extremely difficult to maintain.

Each January, roughly one in three Americans resolve to better themselves in some way. A much smaller percentage of people actually make good on those resolutions. While about 75% of people stick to their goals for at least a week, less than half (46%) are still on target six months later, a 2002 study found.

It's hard to keep up the enthusiasm months after you've swept up the confetti, but it's not impossible. This year, pick one of the following worthy resolutions, and stick with it. Here’s to your health!

Lose weight................clip
Quit Smoking.............
Stay in Touch................
Save Money...............
Cut your Stress............
Volunteer................
Go Back to School.........
Cut back on Alcohol..................
Get more Sleep..............
Travel..............

As to me, staying in touch with one who loves God truthfully is most important of all. Because it can make me happy and have faith in whatever i will meet in the future.

I also agree with yours, they are also important to one who wants to keep health.

Your 1st sentence is unclear. Keeping in touch with somebody who loves God or keeping in touch with God?

I had a list of NYr resolutions but only keeping 3 of them now. Floss every day, stop drinking wine, and exercise 3 minutes every morning/ 40 sit-ups on even days,........and pushups and rubber rope arm exercises every odd day. Plus my habit of 1 mile dog walks every day.

I am sorry to confuse you, i meant the health of soul is more important than the heath of body.

What you said is no false to the health of mankind. As to what you said, i want to say“ i can't agree with more”.

Thank you. my friend. Have a nice day!

That was one of the main creeds of the ancient Greeks who began democracy. The basis of healthy soul is a healthy mind .......and the basis of healthy mind is a healthy body.
Good nutrition, exercise and moderation in everything as the Greeks said. Just flossing alone is enough to prevent gingivitis which can actually cause circulatory problems.
