This Is How Icelanders have the HIGHEST life expectancy in the world

Did you know that Icelanders have the highest life expectancy in the entire world?
They also have 80% fewer incidents of heart disease as compared to the US over the last 25 years.
Coincidence? We think not… How do they do it? What’s the “Icelandic secret”?

*Despite the harsh climate, Iceland often finds itself among the top three of the world’s happiest countries. Hafstein and his fellow researchers believe the pools are a big reason why.

“If you think of health and wellness not just as a matter of physical health and being free from disease but also the mental and social aspects, I think the geothermal heat and communal pools have a lot to do with that,” Hafstein said. “We feel good here. We know our neighbors, because we meet them in the pools. It creates a good vibe, and you feel at home in there.”'>>>

and who was a doctor there says that the US suffers from isolation and alienation. She attributes most of our diseases to that fact. She is also aware that China is changing and is headed into the same direction.

In previous years, China had communal bathing facilities - showers and baths. They also lived in clusters around courtyards that kept everyone in touch with each other. The kids call adult women neighbors "auntie." When she visits now she sees the changes to more isolated living in housing developments and increased competition.

My company used to represent an Icelandic manufacturer. Everybody from Iceland was solidly drunk by early afternoon, every day. Their North American HQ had free beer in the fridge for the employees. This was expected as you could not expect an Icelander to work in an environment without this perk. That said they were ferociously competent and competitive, and did miracles in their market niche. Whenever they visited us or vice-versa, everyone agreed the Icelanders could drink the Americans under the table. So I guess alcohol isn't that toxic after all if they live longer than we do.

According to many sources it's Okinawa,Japan. Loma Linda California, Sardina Italy, Nicoya Costa Rica and Icaria Greece. It's atributed to life long hard work and excersize. Also a diet low in animal products and lots of grains and veg..
