I have also had GI issues since getting the vaccine. It seems like one or two days a week, for no reason, everything I eat will run right through me. I have also been uncharacteristically fatigued and had joint pain, basically like Im continuing to have a very low level immune reaction over two months post vaccination.
Thanks for this. Im going to get me some probiotics today and cross my fingers.

L- Glutamine is restorative to the gut as it is the preferred fuel of enterocytes which line the gut.
Additionally, boosts IgA + immunity.
The recd dose is 500 mg 3x daily or 1 tsp 3x daily (in powder form).
It is easily mixed in water and has no taste.
