Tempero mandible syndrome sp?

My jaw cracked about a month ago. I'm already in for 6600 for treatment. My chaw pops when I chew. Depressed

Any experience?

1. I had a filling replaced and it was to high.

My face hurt for about three weeks and I couldn't figure out why. Went back to the dentist and they filed down the filling and I felt an immediate difference, couldn't believe it.

I still had a bad case of TMJ for about 6 months after that, even though the filling was filed down. Jaw was cracking and my face hurt. I started accupuncture treatments which helped the pain. AFter about 6 months my jaw only cracks occasionaly and not nearly as loud or hard. It's still not perfect, but I'd say 95% better
