We need Medicare for all or some kind of non-profit, government-run, single payer health system

Whether Medicare with no drug coverage, or uninsured (and not well-to-do but avoiding insurance because of freedumb), they can get it free. The problem is, they have to know about the existence of the patient assistance program, and they have to have Internet access and be functional enough on COVID to do the paperwork, get the approval from the drug company, and THEN go pick up drugs.
